2009 Master of the Majors Series - Round 3
The Open

Twin Creeks Golf Club

Monday 20th July 2009

Cost: $80 (includes 18 holes of golf, tea/coffee/danishes on arrival, $3000 worth of prizes)

Registration: 7-9am

Tee-Off: 9.30am (depending on finish of golf)

The third event in the Master of the Majors Series will take place after the completion of The Open from the Turnberry Golf Course. The club will open from 6.30am with tea and coffeebeing served and the ShootOut will commence once the golf has finished. The winner of the ShootOut will qualify for the final on August 17th, where the Master of the Majors overall winner will receive a $1000 golfing holiday package to the Gold Coast in November to attend the Australian ShootOut Golf Championships. Entry fee includes golf, cart, tea/coffee and prizes.

To celebrate the 50^th anniversary of TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) and Thai Airways have commissioned Shootout Golf and Thailand Golf Tours to hold a series of seven events around the continent. The winner of each event will receive a free airfare to compete in a week long golfing extravaganza in Thailand this October.

Shootout Golf will use the revolutionary Super Six format developed over the last ten years with its well known Australian Championships. With this unique system eight golfers are determined after a random draw of six holes. These eight finalists then participate in a sudden death playoff over three holes to determine the days Champion.

Each Champion from The “Amazing Thailand Championships will receive a return airfare to compete in our golfing extravaganza in October where golfers from all over the world will compete in our Asia Pacific Shootout Championships.

Thailand is becoming one of the world’s major golfing destinations and, combined with the numerous attractions it offers visitors will experience a once in a lifetime golfing holiday.more
