Blue Mountains Shootout 19th to 21st September

We are thrilled to present the inaugural Blue Mountains Shootout—a groundbreaking event set to become a major fixture on the Australian golfing calendar. More than just a tournament, this event has been created to shine a spotlight on the Blue Mountains as a premier tourist destination, combining world-class golf with one of the country’s most iconic natural backdrops.

For the first time, the region’s three marquee courses—Leura, Blackheath, and Wentworth Falls—will come together to host a unified event, offering a truly unique experience across multiple venues. 

But what truly sets the Blue Mountains Shootout apart is its format and prizes. The event will culminate in the revolutionary Super Six Draw—a sudden-death playoff that determines the eventual winner in a high-stakes, high-drama finish unlike anything else in the world of golf. This thrilling finale guarantees excitement and attention, both on the ground and across media channels.

Details of Event

– 19th September 11am Shotgun at Blackheath Golf Club
– 20th September 11am Shotgun at Wenworth Falls
– 21st September 9am Shotgun at Leura Golf Club
– 18 Holes Single Stableford each day then Super Six Draw then 8 Man Playoff
– Each day has a winner thru the playoff
– After the final playoff the three winners compete in a Super playoff to determine the Champion
– The Champion will receive a $5000 trip including airfares accommodation and a ticket to the NRL

– NB: You can play one round two or three to become the Blue Mountain Champion 
– Each day is separate 18 Hole Stableford Stableford
– If you win Day one or Day two or Day three you automatically qualify for the Super Final
